Log Book Servicing

A log book service is recommended by most car manufacturers to be performed every 10,000 km, to ensure the vehicle’s maintenance and performance match the guidelines set by the manufacturer.

During this service we perform a full safety examination of the vehicle and replace serviceable items in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Vehicle manufacturers have different requirements for their 10,000km service which may include:

- Engine Oil and Filter Replacement
- Coolant, Braking, Clutch, and Transmission Fluid inspection and Top-up
- Inspection of Radiator Hoses, Fan Belts, Lights, Wiper Blades
- Inspection of Braking System and Perform Adjustments
- Inspection of Driveline and Suspension
- Inspection of Steering System
- Tyre Condition and Pressure check
- Battery and charging system check
- Safety Report and Road Test

For your peace of mind, across all of our services we use quality replacement parts and oils that meet or exceed manufacturers’ specifications.

* According to the Department of Fair Trading –
“Whether new or second-hand, your car or motor cycle should have come with a logbook or owner’s handbook that sets out when the vehicle should be serviced and what maintenance needs to be done. To keep your motor vehicle in top condition and to avoid the possibility of breakdown or expensive repairs in the future, you should follow the maintenance schedule. If the vehicle is still under warranty and you don’t have it serviced to the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, you may void your warranty.

“As long as the service is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, any licensed repairer can do it, not just the dealer from whom you purchased the vehicle.”

Vehicle Diagnosis and Mechanical Repairs

We have various diagnosis scan tools that are suitable for most vehicles. These scan the ECU and Body Control Modules to assist in diagnosing your vehicles issues. Our mechanics are also highly skilled at diagnosing and repairing issues that may not relay on the scan tool.
